KAJPAC USA Ltd., a North Carolina corporation, established in 1996, is an importer of premium knit products through partner suppliers in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, with a focus on India. The Company sells superior quality t-shirts and sport shirts for men, women, juniors and youth, as well as infant and toddler apparel through a long-term agreement with the PooBaRoo™ brand. The Company's products have been principally sold through the wholesale blanks market in the U.S., which are subsequently embellished by screen-printers and embroiderers with designs and logos. In 2012 The Company recognized an opportunity in the premium knit segment and entered into a licensing agreement with Supima®. Supima® is the trademark name for the world's finest cottons and is 100% extra-long staple cotton grown exclusively in the American west and southwest. The superior quality of the cotton allows for a softer, finer, and more luxurious fabric, and will also enhance the brilliance of any color. Through this agreement, the KAJPAC™ brand and PooBaRoo™, markets and sells superior Supima® branded apparel to select wholesale and blanks distributors, as well as direct to upper tier retail establishments.
