Kellett Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1960 as a manufacturer and distributor of textile machinery accessories and supplies. Over the years, Kellett Enterprises has held many patents for products used in the textile industry. In the late 1960s, the company developed and patented the LP-13 Shake Absorber® Vibration and isolation Pad, thereby making the first three-layer shake absorber patented in the United States. With the changing tide of business and as textile industry in the US faded, Kellett Enterprises focused on new markets targeting vibration control and isolation.
